Christmas Morning Treats

One of my families favorite breakfast are blintzes. It's basically crepes with a cottage cheese and whipped cream filling smothered on top with blueberries. It's been a while since I've had them and boy, oh boy, were they scrumptious. Even little Coly loved them, maybe a little too much. We had to give him a nice bath afterwards. He's such a cute naked baby!
