This past weekend (July 22-25) I finally went to visit my best friend Tracie in Rexburg, Idaho. We had a great time romping around in the alfalfa fields and playing card games with her family. It was a wonderfully relaxing weekend and the perfect opportunity to be with friends. For all of you who don't know Tracie, I highly suggest taking the opportunity to get to know her. There is definately never a dull moment with her around.

I also couldn't resist some of the incredible photo ops of the many Idahonian fields and scenery. Since I am a bit of a photo freak I feel as though I must include some of those amazing shots in my blog account. This field is just above BYU Idaho in Rexburg. I love the golden hue of the field with the bits of green; and look at that beautiful blue sky!

This is a lovely shot of a lone chair under a grove of weeping willows. While Tracie went swimming at Hisea hot springs I sat in the shade and played card games with Tracie's family and friend Kate. As I looked toward the snake river in the west I spotted this beatiful, yet lonely scene and couldn't restrain myself from taking the picture.
